Addition to a 100+ year old home located in a designated Iowa City Historic Neighborhood.  Design approach taken was to match propotions and lines of the historic home to create an open modern addition for a growing modern family.  

Home won a design award from the local Historic Preservation Committee as an example of how to approach additions to historic structures beyond simply copying and expanding existing conditions.
