Gathering Place

A retirement community in Iowa City is our first large scale development project. We have consciously diversified the forms and colors to avoid the cookie cutter look of the neighborhood. Development will have 4 different single family homes, duplexes and two apartment / multi-functional buildings. Construction will start in Spring of 2023.
