This is our revitalization proposal for an Alley joining Linn street and Dubuque street in Downtown Iowa City. New Murals, sculptures, green walls, green roofs, landscaping, seats, canopies, signage, lighting and entry gates will transform this inconsequential urban space in to a safe, well used and celebrated public space.
