The architecture carves into the hillside, tucking a pool and bocce court into the slope—shielded from neighborhood traffic yet seamlessly connected to nature. The building’s axial plan anchors it firmly, while wings and spaces pivot off the spine, opening to side yards and bathing interior spaces in light and landscape.
