O1 Addition

This addition is an opportunity to remodel and add an addition to a house we originally designed in 1997. Addition adds a new sun filled Family Room and expands the Main Bedroom Suite on the first floor while adding Guest Bedrooms, kitchenette/bar area and a wood shop to the walkout lower level. Existing Kitchen and Mudroom were updated to meet the needs of new owners.
