Meeting Minutes
- We document all client meetings with clear minutes outlining decisions, action items, and responsibilities.
- Minutes are shared with attendees within two business days, with an opportunity to clarify or correct details.
Client Kick-Off
- Every new project starts with a detailed kick-off meeting with at least one principal architect and the project manager who will guide your design and construction process.
Progress Reports
- Throughout your project, we send regular updates detailing budget status, upcoming action items, open decisions, and overall progress.
